Car security remains a problem in Victoria
even today. Whilst some new vehicles are being manufactured and released
with Immobilisers, this can limit a vehicle being stolen, but forced
entry without detection can still occur. You can upgrade your current
factory Immobiliser to a complete alarm, protecting doors, boot and
bonnet entry. Some alarms are provided with options such as a Tilt
Sensor to protect mag wheels from being stolen, a glass break sensor
that activates the alarm if a window is smashed or even universal
paging systems that beeps you if your car alarm is activated. The
most important point is that these systems are manufactured to Australian
Standards, and achieve Insurance Approval!
Immobilisers, Keyless Entry and Central Locking systems are other
products that can provide peace of mind or convenience. We supply
a large range of these products and can best advise you on the most
appropriate solution.
Security Films can also be applied (predominantly side windows) which
increases the amount of time to enter the vehicle after a window has
been smashed. These are thicker films designed to take greater effort
to penetrate than standard automotive films. They are manufactured
with a tinted look. |

Keyless Entry
and Central Locking
Some vehicles already have ‘keyed’ Central Locking as
a factory feature. This system can be upgraded to provide Keyless
Entry. This system provides two remote transmitters and flashing indicators
for confirmation. Where Central Locking is required, we can install
from one to five actuators to provide ‘keyed’ entry where
there is no Central Locking feature.

Mind
As a basic feature, an Immobiliser reduces the instance of your vehicle
being stolen. To achieve Insurance approval, they must meet a set
of criteria. All Black wiring is a key criteria, which increases even
a professional thief’s time in stealing a vehicle. These systems
can be added to your current factory Central Locking to provide Keyless
